- Development of an accurate and maintainable integrated design programme.
- The inception of a reporting system for both Killa Design and the client, ensuring transparency at all stages.
- Laying down a baseline programme for measuring performance effectively.
- Delivering weekly program status updates, which include milestone reports and a comprehensive review of pivotal activities.
