As a Director, I bring over 26 years of experience in schedule management, project controls and claims management across a wide range of complex engineering, procurement and construction projects. My expertise spans project controls strategy, schedule development, reporting systems and dispute resolution, helping clients manage time, cost and delivery challenges with confidence.

My career has been built around the development and implementation of tailored project controls procedures and systems, supporting clients across sectors including infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, power generation and major construction. I have led multinational and multidisciplinary teams, provided strategic project management advisory services, and supported both contractors and employers with the prosecution and defence of extension of time claims.

I have also acted as a schedule expert in numerous international arbitrations, adjudications and dispute panels, bringing specialist insight to commercially complex and contentious commissions. My approach is strategic, practical and results-focused, centred on helping clients improve project performance, resolve challenges effectively and achieve successful outcomes across every stage of the project lifecycle.

As a Director, I bring a highly consultative approach underpinned by over 20 years of experience supporting organisations across a range of sectors. I combine strategic oversight with practical expertise in compliance, operational performance, and business improvement, helping clients navigate complex challenges with clarity and confidence.

My career is built on a strong foundation in legal compliance, ISO standards, and commercial advisory. I have successfully established and grown consultancy-led businesses while delivering tailored solutions to a diverse client base. My approach is pragmatic and outcome-focused, centred on understanding each organisation’s unique requirements and providing clear, effective guidance that drives measurable results.

I work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver sustainable improvements, strengthen compliance frameworks, and enhance overall performance. I am committed to building long-term partnerships, maintaining the highest standards, and ensuring every engagement adds tangible value.

As the Head of Marketing, I focus on shaping how we communicate, engage, and grow as a business. My role combines hands-on delivery across marketing and content, from leading website and social media content to managing campaigns, refining messaging, and driving our wider digital presence. I work closely with both the UK and UAE teams to ensure everything we produce is clear, consistent, and aligned with the value we deliver to our clients.

I have spent the past 9 years working in marketing within consultancy-led environments, developing a strong understanding of how to position complex services in a clear and compelling way. This experience has shaped a practical, results-driven approach, where the focus is on creating meaningful engagement rather than just visibility.

I work closely with internal teams to gain a clear understanding of our clients’ goals, challenges, and priorities, translating this insight into targeted, high-quality marketing materials. This includes developing a range of assets such as banners, brochures, business cards, and website content, ensuring all outputs are professional, consistent, and aligned with our brand and messaging.

As an Associate Director, I bring a strong blend of operational discipline and real-world compliance expertise. I have spent the last 10 years working in compliance roles across multiple industries, helping organisations improve performance, manage risk, and meet regulatory and certification requirements with confidence.

My earlier career in the military, where I served for a decade as a Submarine Weapons Engineer Technician, provided a foundation in leadership, resilience, and working within safety-critical environments. That background has shaped my no-nonsense, detail-driven approach to compliance and governance, with a strong emphasis on accountability and getting things right first time.

I take pride in working closely with clients to understand their operations and challenges, delivering practical, sustainable compliance solutions rather than box-ticking exercises.
