Sustainability Services

At Critical Path International, we are recognised as ISO consultancy experts, yet our expertise extends far beyond standards compliance. From carbon management services and greenhouse gas inventory support to innovative net-zero strategies and ESG integration, we continuously evolve our service range—listening to client feedback and emerging industry trends—to deliver tailored sustainability solutions that drive measurable business value and resilient growth.

Following the rigorous Plan–Do–Check–Act cycle mandated by ISO standards, we help organisations integrate sustainability into every layer of their operations.

Plan-Do-Check-Act Cycle

The PDCA cycle is the cornerstone of effective sustainability management, providing a continuous improvement framework that aligns with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.

Plan: We begin with carbon footprint analysis, using ISO 14064-aligned Scope 1, 2 & 3 GHG emissions calculations and lifecycle assessment tools to establish your baseline. From this data, we define measurable reduction targets and develop bespoke decarbonisation roadmaps, ensuring your carbon management strategy is both ambitious and achievable.

Do: In the implementation phase, we activate targeted initiatives such as sustainable procurement processes, energy efficiency upgrades, and high-integrity offset portfolio design. By embedding ESG criteria into your supply chain and operational practices, we execute your net-zero strategy and carbon management services with precision.

Check: We monitor progress through audit-ready GHG reporting, utilising ISO 14064-compliant analytics, SECR compliance checks and stakeholder dashboards. Our rigorous performance tracking ensures you maintain transparency with regulators, investors and customers.

Act: Finally, we drive continuous improvement by refining carbon reduction planning, conducting regular procurement reviews and facilitating PAS 2060 certification renewals. This ensures your sustainability programme evolves over time, reinforcing your carbon neutrality credentials and long-term resilience.

Are you facing any of these challenges?

Contact Critical Path International to see how our expertise in GHG emissions measurement, carbon reduction planning, sustainable procurement optimisation and carbon neutrality strategy can transform your environmental performance.
