Oscar is compliance management software provided by OCS Compliance. Critical Path is an authorised reseller of Oscar, combining specialist compliance software with tailored ISO consultancy and implementation support.
The platform brings ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 processes, documents, responsibilities and compliance records together in one centralised system. Organisations can implement all three standards as an integrated management system or begin with one standard and add others as their requirements develop.
OCS Compliance provides the Oscar software and technical support, while Critical Path helps clients configure, implement and maintain a management system tailored to their organisation. This gives clients access to a joined-up software and consultancy service from two separate specialist providers.
Every OCS Compliance subscription includes a mock audit to assess the management system before independent certification. This is separate from Critical Path’s standard pay-as-you-go and day-rate consultancy services.
The applicable standard editions, system configuration and transition work are agreed for your organisation, including any migration to ISO 9001:2026 or ISO 14001:2026. Software supports management-system processes; using it does not itself confer certification or guarantee legal compliance.

Every OCS Compliance subscription includes an agreed level of consultancy support from Critical Path to help configure, implement and maintain the system around your organisation. Additional remote or onsite consultancy is available from £500 to £950 per day, excluding VAT, depending on your requirements.
Every OCS Compliance subscription includes a mock audit to assess your management system and identify potential gaps before independent certification. The formal certification audit must be completed by an independent certification body.
