Critical Path provides health and safety consultancy for UK businesses, with remote and onsite support agreed around your activities and risks. Services can include compliance reviews, workplace inspections, risk assessments, policies, procedures and ongoing advice. We help identify practical actions and responsibilities; appointing a consultant does not transfer the employer’s legal duties.

Under general workplace risk assessment requirements in Great Britain, employers with five or more employees must record significant findings. Specific duties can require written records regardless of headcount.
