Critical Path was appointed by Omniyat as Independent Planning Representative to provide objective programme review and independent progress reporting throughout the construction lifecycle.

The role involved detailed analysis of the contractor’s baseline and updated construction programmes, validation of critical path logic and milestone sequencing, and independent reporting on schedule performance. Through systematic programme review and construction planning consultancy, Critical Path enhanced visibility of time-related risk and strengthened schedule governance.

Services provided extended beyond independent reporting to include time management, risk management, procurement programme support, change management review and structured project controls reporting aligned with industry best practice.
